How far in advance should I make my reservations?
Please make your reservations as soon as possible.  Units are very popular and sometimes we are booked several weeks in advance. Price quotes are not reservation guarantees.

How do I make my reservations?

When is payment due?
Payment in cash, check or money order is due on delivery of the unit. $30 Charge on all NSF Checks

How many children fit in the inflatable?

How much room is needed for a inflatable and what surfaces can the inflatable be set up on?
You will need to provide a level area of at least 17 x 17 with an overhead clearance of 17 feet for our units.  The week of rental please survey the area and treat any ant beds that maybe present.

What kind of power is required?
The unit site must be within 75 feet of a dedicated 20 amp circuit. The blower uses as much electricity as an indoor fan once the unit is fully inflated.

Do you deliver and set up the units?
Yes. We deliver and set up all units and insure that they are clean before your party starts. We also insure that the units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up.

Can I pick up the inflatable and set it up myself to cut costs?
 Some companies will allow the customer to pick up and set up the units, we do not feel that this is safe. We, the owners personally deliver and set up every unit to insure that the site is safe and the proper equipment is used as well as to insure a hassle free day of fun. After which we will return and pick up the unit so you can continue enjoying your day.

Are inflatables safe?
Absolutely! As long as all the rules outlined on the operating procedures page of your rental contract are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.

What if it is rainy or windy?
FUN TIME JUMPS reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We will call you on the morning of your party to confirm your reservation, at that time you have the option of canceling your order. If you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds.

What time do you deliver  and pick up the inflatable?
You decide what time you would like for the unit to be delivered. We try to set up the unit as close to that time as possible. We normally deliver and set up 30 minutes to 3 hour prior to you disired time. You are not charged any extra for the time prior to your event since rentals are on a daily rental period, typically 6 hours. We will pick up the unit at the end of your party. But please allow up to 3 hours for pick up. If an exact delivery or pick up time is required please let us know, we will be more than happy to make any arrangements that you may need.
